Donna holds degrees in Graphic Design and Technical Writing from the University of Alabama in Huntsville. Donna is a member of the Association of Proposal Management Professionals (APMP), is certified at the Practitioner level and has presented at local, regional, and international APMP events. Donna has been a Graphic Artist, Writer, Reviewer, Technical Editor, Desktop Publisher, Trainer, Orals Coach, Capture Manager and has a passion to help businesses automate their BD process.
