OneTeam users will notice a few new changes beginning February 2024. We released updates and new features to give our clients additional capabilities for our full lifecycle of pipeline, qualification, capture, and proposal functions in OneTeam.
Multiple Qualification Matrices
The real-time Qualification Matrix is a favorite OneTeam feature. Several customers have requested the ability to create more than one Qualification Matrix template that can be customized for different types of opportunities. After many months of development and testing, we are releasing this expanded Qualification feature to all customers.
Current OneTeam Users will receive an email with more information and training on this new feature.
Your company will retain your current Qualification Matrix as your company's default Qualification Matrix. Your opportunities that have been scored with your matrix will not change.
But for opportunities that you have not completed a Qualification Scoring for, you will see your company's default matrix in the Qualification Tab. A company administrator can go into OneTeam Company Settings and make changes to the default matrix or use one of the new matrix templates that OneTeam has loaded into your workspace.
OneTeam has provided several sample Qualification Matrices, which you can duplicate and further customize to your company's specific BD Process.
These sample or template matrices included in this release are:

One matrix specifically focused on Subcontractor Bids
- One matrix focused on criteria for Task Order Bids
In the coming months, we expect to release more matrices including:

- Recompete Bid Matrix
You may select a OneTeam sample matrix as a starting point and make customizations or use them as provided.
Other OneTeam Updates
We also fixed a few bugs and made minor improvements.
- Users can now search opportunities by Buying Organization in the opportunity list using the Search box at the top of the opportunities list.
- Developers corrected an issue where customers could not delete demo data or delete archived opportunities.
- Developers corrected an issue that prevented users from inserting hyperlinks into notes within the Activity Feed.
