OneTeam recently announced promotions for two key members of the management team, effective immediately.
OneTeam is pleased to announce the promotion of Jason Merkel to Vice President of Engineering. Jason joined the Trident Group in 2008 as a software engineer developing web-based data management and integration applications in support of MDA. He was an integral part of the development team that created and launched OneTeam for GovCons in 2015. Jason previously served as the OneTeam Product Manager and Chief Product Officer.
In this new role, Jason will strengthen the leadership team as he leads, directs, and builds the OneTeam software engineering team. Jason will ensure that OneTeam is developed to meet customer's needs, and that it enhances their experience by leveraging the latest, appropriate cloud-based technologies. Jason brings over 18 years of experience as a developer and software engineer.
OneTeam is also pleased to announce the promotion of Donna T. Hamby to Product Manager. Donna joined OneTeam in February 2021 and has served as Solutions Consultant and Customer Success Manager. Donna will work with the development team to translate customer feedback into new OneTeam features for the BD team. Donna will also expand OneTeam’s training program, conduct demos, and work with the sales and marketing teams to promote OneTeam to the GovCon community. Donna has over 23 years of experience in GovCon business development focusing on proposal management, process improvement, and process automation. Donna will continue to support the GovCon and Proposal Management community thru the local Association of Proposal Management Professionals (APMP) chapter, and represent OneTeam at local, regional, and international events.
We know that with Jason’s and Donna’s leadership, OneTeam will continue to grow and expand offerings for the GovCon community. Please join us in congratulating Jason and Donna on their accomplishments.
